Made from fresh pasteurized cow's ( sheep’s, goat’s and buffalo’s) milk with added yeast and unique Bulgarian ferment. Gone through necessary technological processing and maturation process for at least 30 days. No vegetable fats and vegetable proteins. Storage: refrigerated 0-8 ° Celsius.
